Malcolm has a strong record of achievement at senior levels within an International Accountancy practice by the age of 31, specialising in larger industrial and commercial clients.
Thirteen years experience in the profession was followed by seven years industrial experience working at board level in a major multi-site, international organisation. Malcolm was heavily involved in acquisition work, both in the UK and overseas. He was a lynchpin in improving the financial and operational performance of many of the operations and proved an effective "fire-fighter" and Company doctor. Malcolm has exceptional experience in managing change projects and in business turnaround situations.
